Fried Chicken Salad Recipe

Fried Chicken Salad is a unique and healthy salad recipe can be prepared with leftover boneless chicken, seasonal fruits and vegetables. This fried chicken salad recipe is a complete meal.

  • Boil macaroni 1/2 cup
  • Chicken 1 breast (cut in slices)
  • Onion  1
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sweet corn  2 tbsp
  • Cucumber  1/4 cup
  • Pineapple  1/4 cup
  • Mustard paste  1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Ketchup  1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Red capsicum  1

Better for frying!
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour  4 to 5 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs as required

  1. Take chicken breast cut in slices then marinate with salt, black pepper, kethcup, chili sauce and mustard sauce for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Then roll chicken slices in corn flour then egg then bread crumbs and deep fry until crispy and golden.
  3. Then take a bowl, add sweet corn, cucumber, pineapple, Onion, capsicum, macaroni and chicken slices.
You can add other veg and fruits as you wish.
