Crispy Chicken Wings Recipe English: Urdu
Ingredients For Marination!
- Chicken wings with skin 1 1/2 kg
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chili 3 tsp
- Water 3 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Ingredients For Coating!
- Plain flour 1 cup
- Corn flour 4 tsp
- A pinch of salt
- White pepper 1 teaspoon
- Oil for frying
- Cold water as required
- Mix all coating ingredients and put aside.
- Take cold water in a bowl.
- First dip the marinated wings in coatin mixture, then dip in water.
- Repeat this process 2 times. Then fry the wings.
- Crispy Chicken Wings is ready to serve.
- Serve the wings with ketchup and chips.
