 Ingredients list!

  • Blueberries 1 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Whole flaxseed 2 tablespoon
  • Fat free yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Skim milk 3/4 cup
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes as required
Using a blender, grind the flaxseeds into a fine powder.
Add the rest of ingredients and blend until it is smooth.
