Tips For Increasing Height Naturally Fast
For Children And After 18
  1. Swimming is very useful exercise for increase height. Try to swim as much as possible, 3 times a week is optimal.
  2. Eat date fruit and oats in your meal.
  3. Drink lots of milk.
  4. Keep your diet balanced with, cheese, fish, chicken, vegetables especially green leafy ones, fresh fruits, nuts, cereals n pulses (daals) etc.
  5. Eat saagoodaana kheer in breakfast.
  6. Drink 1 tsp of a syrup containing lysine (Lysovit) twice a day. 
  7.  Eat in breakfast daily. Eat dry fruites as you can eat.
  8. Drink warm milk with a pinch of haldi at bedtime.
  9. Eat diet rich in vitamins, calcium, fibers and proteins. Get your diet plan framed by a qualified dietician or nutritionist.
  10. Half kg pumpkin (kaddoo) or laukee boiled n mashed. Add 2 tsp honey n a piece of misree.
