Home Remedies For Gastric Problems

Remedy 1:

Carom Seeds   1 tablespoon
Fennel seeds   2 tablespoon
Mint leaves     ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Water               3 cups

Boil all ingredients in water for 10 minutes.
Add some salt and drink half cup every day. Get rid of gas pain in just few minutes.

Remedy 2:
Ginger juice 1 tablespoon
Salt                1 pinch
Mix and drink daily early in the morning.
