Almond milk 1 cup

Cucumber     1/2
Avocado        1/2

Dash of cinnamon

Dinner Green Smoothie for Weight Loos!

Aloe-Vera     250 gram
Honey           3 tablespoon
Lemon Juice 1 Cup
Directions!
Wash and peel off the skin from Aloe Vera.
Now cut it into pieces and extract the juice using a juice extractor.
Add honey and lemon juice to it. Mix it well.
