  Iceberg                             1 small
 Spinach                             ¼ bunch 
 Cucumbers                        2 medium
 Celery                               ¼ stick
 Green Bell Pepper              1 large
 Green Onions                    4 medium
 Avocado                            1 large
 Lemon juice                       2 tbs
 Suger                               ½ tbs
 Salt                                  1/4 tbs
 Black Pepper                    1/4 tbs
 Mustard                            ½ tbs
 Garlic                               1 small clove
 Olive oil                            ¼ cup
Preparation Method!
Wash all the vegetables well. Break lettuce and spinach into large pieces. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove seeds and slice thinly. Slice the cucumber, celery, onions and avocado. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large wooden bowl.Put lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, and garlic and olive oil in vegetables. Weight lose salad is ready to eat.Use twice a day for best result.
