Chilli Chicken Recipe


Chicken                     1 kg
Onions                       big 4
Coriander leaves       100 grams
Green chillies            100 grams
Peppercorn                 2 tbs
Curry Leaves             few
Ginger Paste             1 tbs
Garlic  Paste             1 tbs
Oil or Ghee


First off all take coriander, garlic, ginger, pepper corns, green chillies and curry leaves together in grinder and grind all. Second take all onions and prepare their paste Now cut chicken into small pieces and wash. Remember to drain excess water from the chicken.Marinate chicken pieces with the paste made out of grinding all the ingredients. Remember to add 1 tablespoon of oil in the grinded paste.Place pan on stove and heat oil.Add onion paste in the pan as soon as oil is heated.Keep cooking onion paste till the time it turns brown. Add marinated chicken pieces in the pan and leave it to cook. Keep cooking till the chicken is cooked.Add salt to your taste and cook till the chicken absorbs salt. Chilli Chicken in Indian style is ready to serve.
